Almost every day I travel by public transport to get to my work. Every once in a while I feel like I just need to document everything. At those times I keep my iPhone close to shoot all that seems interesting to me.

In these weeks of intens photomaking I think I take 20/30 pictures a day. Most of the time 1 of 2 are good enough to share on Instagram or blog if I want to.

Photo above is one of my favorites. Can't really tell why, I don't think the composition is that great. Maybe it's the eyes that look right through your skull when you look long enough.

It's always fun to look down of up when taking photos. This is certainly nog the best I've taken, but it's really cool to do a serie of buildings like these.

At this moment I just got the iPhone 7. But all these photos are taken with the iPhone 6. In times when we share and watch almost everything on a 5 inch screen I see the urge of SLR less and less. Only sharpness and bokeh are the things where SLR's are much and much better than smartphones.

With your iPhone in your pocket it's easy to start a project about cars or walls or buildings.

It's always good to search for straight linea of diagonals. Triangles work fine too, but are harder to find!

Shooting through windows can give a peaceful feeling when the light is right!

Leading lines help the viewer where to look, or in what order you should 'discover' the image.

Look out for traffic when you're on your phone while cycling :)
